1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • The transfer has not yet been processed or paid out to the recipient.

  • The transaction was canceled by the user before processing.

  • The transaction was rejected due to compliance, verification, or technical issues.


2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The transfer was completed and received by the beneficiary.

  • The user provided incorrect or incomplete recipient information.

  • Delays caused by bank holidays, intermediary banks, or third-party issues not under our control.

  • Fraudulent transactions caused by user negligence or compromise of account credentials.


3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund:

  • Provide your Transaction ID, registered email address, and reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.


4. Fees and Deductions
In some cases, a refund processing fee or currency conversion loss may be deducted from the total refund amount, especially if the transaction has already been initiated with partner banks.
